Standard platform support
Hosting: BoomBeam is a web-based application. No need for you to pay for hosting, that all comes with the subscription.
Setup: We can tailor the BoomBeam platform around the design of your festival or film experience and make sure it’s right for your mix of venues, screenings, schedule etc. We’ll be on hand to help you through the initial setup of your instance of BoomBeam.
Design and development:Out of the box it supports a number of features and templates to customise the site to your needs. In addition, the platform supports bespoke CSS implementations, to allow you to work with a developer to make it look and feel the way you want it to.
User guides:We provide a detailed user guide to help you get the most from the platform when you start out, to help further we’re always happy to be contacted if you hit any hurdles.
Continual improvement: One of the key advantages of working with the BoomBeam product platform. We are continually enhancing and improving to the application and adding new functionality. All users of the platform share the benefits of these improvements as they are added.
Ideas and inspiration: We’re always looking at new ways to use digital tools to enhance film experiences. We continually share new ideas and best practice in using the tools available to create amazing film experiences with our community of users.
Funding: We can work collaboratively to help organisations submit funding bids for enhancing their digital platform and customer experience.
